- 1Empathise
Listened to migrant learners across TikTok and Instagram DMs. Mapped the journey from first scroll to job offer using their own words about confidence, visas, and callbacks.
- 2Define and Imagine
Named the real problem: it was not English ability, it was professional voice and self-presentation in an Australian context. Imagined a coaching brand that felt like a friend, not a school.
- 3Ideate and Wow
Generated multiple formats and chose the combination that made learners lean in: short-form TikTok, IELTS explainers, free 30-minute trial, and a paid 1:1 coaching arc.
- 4Prototype and Build
Built the microsite, the coaching curriculum, and a weekly content calendar. Shipped early, tested with real students, and refined every asset based on what actually got engagement.
- 5Test and What Works
Validated with real outcomes: 1000+ learners, 11k+ Instagram followers, and a repeatable funnel from content to coaching to employment results.
